Windows Task Manager looks at the number of CPU core threads.
Ctrl+Shift+Esc 打开。

单击CPU。

Look at the number in the border, it is the core number.
Click the graph view in the lower right corner.
选择逻辑处理器。

The number of blocks is the number of threads.

There are two ways to check the number of CPU threads in Device Manager.
The "This PC" icon is on the desktop: right-click the icon and select [Properties]. Left click on [Device Manager].展开[处理器]。
